1. Your account

You need an account to place orders, contact support and play the vault game. Keep your credentials safe — actions taken with your account are treated as yours.

One account per person. Accounts created to farm promo codes may be removed together with any rewards attached to them.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in GEL and converted for display only; the amount charged at checkout is the final one.

We may pause sales or correct an obviously wrong price before shipping. If we cancel an order for that reason, you are refunded in full.

3. Installation and safe use

Conversion kits change the performance of your bicycle. Installation must be done by a competent mechanic, and you are responsible for using the bike legally and safely in your country.

Damage caused by wrong installation, water ingress beyond the rated level, crashes or modification of the controller firmware is not covered.

4. Promo codes

Vault game promo codes are personal, single-use and expire one week after they are won. They cannot be combined, sold or exchanged for cash.

5. Emails

Account emails (confirmation, password reset, sign-in alerts, order updates) are always sent, because they are needed to run your account.

Product news and offers are only sent if you opted in. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
